Rental terms and conditions
Duration
Keric an Nod is rented on a weekly basis, with arrival on Saturday from 3pm and departure the following Saturday by 10am at the latest.Exceptions may be made upon request during long weekends outside of school holidays.Rates and conditions
Weekly rates range from €1,500 to €2,500 depending on the season. Two deposits are required: €400 for the house and €50 for cleaning, the latter being retained only in the event of failure to comply with the conditions for restoring the property to its original condition.The offer includes the rental of the house, household linen and beach towels provided, as well as end-of-stay cleaning. This takes place once the house has been tidied up: beds stripped with linen left on top, dishwasher emptied, rubbish bins taken out.Additional cleaning hours may be offered as an option.
